Vibrating screens utilize the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator to move the material on the screen surface up and down and forward. Due to the difference in movement of materials of different particle sizes, stratification occurs, thereby enhancing the screening of fine particles. For example, in a circular vibrating screen, when the two sets of eccentric blocks on the vibrator rotate, the centrifugal force generated causes the screen box to vibrate periodically in the direction of the excitation force, and the material movement trajectory is circular, thus achieving screening. In a linear vibrating screen, the two sets of eccentric blocks on the vibrator rotate synchronously in opposite directions, forming a unidirectional excitation force, causing the screen box to make periodic reciprocating linear motion, and the material is continuously thrown upwards, completing the screening.
